Qinghai Dachaidan Mining Limited (QDML) is a Sino-Canadian gold mining JV enterprise,
established in 2000 in Qinghai, China. The foreign partner, Eldorado Gold Corp.
(AMEX:EGO, TSX:ELD) (www.eldoradogold.com) is a Vancouver-
based, Canadian gold mining company actively growing businesses in Brazil, Turkey and China.
The Company is financially strong and is actively developing its projects
with the medium term goal of reaching an annual production rate of 500,000 ounces by 2008.

QDML arranges their employees working on a good roster of 3~7week-on/15~35days-off depending on work requirement and pays for employees' travel between the work site and the point of hire.
QDML provides, free of charge, food and accommodation for their employees at the work location:
Tanjianshan Gold Mine, Dachaidan, Haixi, Qinghai.
